Guardianships and Conservatorships
The legal, financial, social, and health care needs of the elderly and disabled often can be addressed through common estate planning techniques. Sometimes, though, special issues arise that require special assistance, such as assisting incapacitated individuals and their families through the guardianship and conservatorship process. We also assist individuals who are objecting to the establishment or continuation of a guardianship or conservatorship proceeding for themselves or a family member.
